Ingredients

– 4 cups brussels, halved
– 2 tbs olive oil
– 1 tbs honey
– 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
– 1 tsp chili flakes
– Salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss brussels sprouts in olive oil salt and pepper in a large bowl to evenly coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast brussels for 15-20 minutes, until caramelized slightly.
Step 2

While brussels are roasting, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and chili flake (optional).  Remove from brussels from oven briefly, pour glaze over and toss to coat. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
