Ingredients
– 2 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thick
– 2 tbs olive oil
– 1 tbs butter
– 2 tsp sriracha seasoning
– 2 slices tilamook cheddar
– 1 package bacon
– 2 tbs honey
– 1/4 tsp harissa paste
– 2 tbs freshly chopped dill/parsley
– 1/4 cup mayo
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1 avocado
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Bun of your choice, buttered and toasted
– Greens/veggies of your choice
– 2 tbs olive oil
– 1 tbs butter
– 2 tsp sriracha seasoning
– 2 slices tilamook cheddar

– 1/4 tsp harissa paste

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Baked bacon review: line a baking sheet with foil and place bacon in a single layer on foil. Put in cold oven then set for 400 degrees and cook for 18-25 minutes, until crispy.
Step 2
Mix honey and harissa paste in a small bowl and glaze cooked bacon. Place back in oven for another three minutes to caramelize.
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil and butter. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Sriracha seasoning on both sides. Sear the chicken breasts in your skillet until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Once cooked through, shut off the heat, add cheese on top of chicken breasts and cover.
Step 4
Mix herbs, mayo, and lemon juice in a small bowl for aioli. Assemble your sandwich with all the fixins your heart desires!
